Abstract submission will open soon

1) Please recall that submitting authors agreed to be available to present their abstract any time during the three-day GNC meeting, and all schedule assignments have been made at the discretion of the Program Chairs.

2) If you are unable to present during your assigned session listed above, please notify GNC at abstracts@the-ins.org by no later than Wednesday June 12, 2024. If it is absolutely necessary to change your presentation time, be aware that we may not be able to accommodate change requests due to session capacity, or you may be reassigned to a session that is unrelated to your original presentation topic.

3) If you are unable to personally present your abstract, you may designate another author or individual to present in your stead. Please notify the GNC of presenter changes by no later than June 12, 2024 in order for the change to appear in the final program schedule.

All poster sessions will take place in the Congress Centre (rooms 3 and 4). Each poster presentation has been allocated a poster number as this refers to i) your session number and ii) the posterboard allocated for your presentation. It is not necessary to include your final poster number on your poster itself, but please have your poster number available when you arrive at the poster venue.

You, or a designated representative, must be present at the poster session and are expected to remain with your poster to entertain questions for the duration of the session. Poster authors are encouraged to bring copies of their abstract or a handout for interested viewers.

If you are presenting a POSTER SYMPOSIUM: Please note that poster symposia will occur during regular poster sessions, but symposia posters will be grouped together to allow authors to provide a cohesive presentation on their selected topic.

On-site Instructions:

Report to the poster hall no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your session to mount your poster. A volunteer will be available 10 minutes before the session to distribute tacks and assist authors with finding their assigned poster board.

After confirming your final poster board number, you will mount your poster on the board labeled with that number (boards are numbered from 1 to 90).

POSTER SIZE AND PREPARATION:

Your finished printed poster should measure no more than 140 cm (wide) x 90 cm (high).

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

Include the abstract title and author block at the top of your poster in large, bold lettering. It is not necessary to print your final poster number on your actual poster. For a maximally effective poster presentation, keep in mind that all text and illustrations should be easy to read from a distance of approximately six feet (or two meters), and it is helpful to add visual elements such as graphs, diagrams, tables, etc., to pique viewer interest, and help them move through your major points. Your poster does not need to include your verbatim abstract; instead we recommend summarizing only the most important details of your background, hypothesis, methods, results, and conclusions.

REGISTRATION REMINDER:

Important: ALL presenting authors must register for the meeting.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

All registrations must be completed before registration closes on June 30, 2024. After the cut-off, only on-site registration will be available. All on-site registrations are subject to a 75 € additional surcharge.
